Named after noted explorer Sir Joseph Banks this rum is produced from aged rums aging anywhere from 3-5 years of age from 5 different islands: Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados, Guyana, and Java. Yes, folks, don’t let the color (or lack thereof) fool you. This will provide depth and complexity to your rum cocktails.
